TELSHACK-D Wireless Crosby D Type Load Shackle
Description
The TELSHACK-D range of telemetry load shackles are manufactured using the Crosby™ G2150 shackles. Versions are also available using the popular GreenPin™ range of shackles. The built in radio telemetry electronics operates on the 2.4GHz license free frequency.
The unique telemetry housing is manufactured from tough high performance polyamide resin making it strong yet light, resulting in a better balanced load shackle when compared to others available on the market. Two clips enable you to open the housing to access and change the two AAA alkaline batteries, while the internal electronics underneath remain completely sealed. This includes the antenna to ensure maximum protection from damage.
The TELSHACK-D is supplied as standard without any additional wireless devices to enable greater flexibility with the configuration and ordering of the product. The TELSHACK-D can be used with any of the T24 range of wireless instrumentation, whether this be for a simple display system using the T24-HS-LS, or more complex systems using multiple load cells and multiple wireless devices.
For more sophisticated systems, including datalogging or monitoring/reporting requirements, we are able to offer a robust tablet PC with installed software for use with single or multiple load cell installations. Our sales team will be happy to discuss the best wireless system configuration to suit your requirements.
The TELSHACK-D series can be provided as shown in this datasheet or can be modified to meet a particular application requirement. We are always pleased to discuss any special requirements that can be accommodated.

UF1 Low Range Isometric Force Sensor
► Ranges 25g (1oz) to 1500g (54oz)
► Low Deflection
► High Output Sensitivity
► High Overload Range
► Versatile signal connection method
► Versatile Mounting Arrangement
The LCM Systems UF1 series force sensors from the range of Pioden Transducers has been widely used in many applications for more than 40 years. The UF1 has proved the first choice for many applications including muscular and membrane movement monitoring, yarn and fabric tension control, fluid viscosity measurement and even the force induced in butterfly wings during flight. There are many other applications that the UF1 has been used in. It is most popular in applications where our customers need to measure small forces, with a good level of accuracy, minimal deflection and with a flexible mounting arrangement. The UF1 can be supplied on it's own or combined with any of LCM Systems wide range of instrumentation products to provide either a simple or more complex monitoring or control system.

BP16 Strain Gauge Pressure Transducer
Description
The LCM Systems range of Pioden transducers has been widely used for many years.
The BP16 range of pressure transducers combine the excellent performance of bonded foil strain gauge technology with a single piece stainless steel diaphragm construction. They provide a cost effectivet price/performance ratio and are suitable for use in many arduous measurement applications.
The BP16 construction makes it ideal for a wide range of applications, including hydraulic lifting, mobile hydraulic vehicles, portable test gear and air frame test rigs amongst others.
The most popular version of the BP16 is the integral cable version, which is supplied with a 2 metre PVC cable. An integral connector version is also available, as are versions with different cable lengths or different cable types. The BP16 offers a variety of amplified outputs in the same packaging arrangement (a separate data sheet is available detailing these).
