T24-AR Wireless Active Repeater Module

Description
The T24-AR Active Repeater module will enable the T24 range of acquisition modules to span around obstacles or increase range or coverage. The repeater acts as transparent link between acquisition modules and the receiver, powered by either a pair of alkaline 'D' Cells or an external power supply (5-18 Volts).
The repeater will allow messages to be repeated once, which can effectively double the radio range. Adding multiple repeaters will not increase the range further, but can increase overall coverage.
LCM Systems can supply the T-24 products integrated into various sensors, to form a wireless load cell system. There are several standard products which utilise the T24 range, including the TELSHACK, TLL and RILL ranges.

T24 Wireless Base Stations

Description
The T24 radio telemetry range is currently supported by four base stations, which in conjunction with the T24-tool kit can be used to configure all the devices within the range. Devices can listen for and transmit data packages to any device, therefore making control and group measurement very simple.
T24-BSi
The T24-BSi is one of a range of base stations that are required for configuration and calibration of the T24 modular telemetry system. Base stations can also be used for data collection systems by making available the T24 wireless transmitter data over the industrial interfaces.
The data sent by transmitter modules can be utilised by multiple receivers such as displays, handheld readers, analogue outputs, relay modules and computer interfaces. Receivers support common industrial power supplies and are available in robust IP rated enclosures with internal antennas optimised to give outstanding coverage.
The T24-BSi supports USB, RS232 and RS485 connectivity. On Windows PCs the free T24 Toolkit is used to configure and calibrate the T24 modular telemetry system while the free T24 logging and visualisation software allows monitoring and data collection.
T24-BSu, T24-BSue & T24-BSd
The T24-BSu, T24-BSue and T24-BSd are all simple USB devices. They draw power from the USB bus and therefore no further components are required to configure and control remote devices from a PC. All are supported by the T24-toolkit and T24 logging software allowing customers to develop their own custom software for their applications. The T24-BSue has an extended range of up to 800m (2,600ft), and the T24-BSd is a smaller portable device designed for laptops and tablets.

T24-HR Wireless Roaming Handheld Display

Description
The T24-HR is a portable battery-powered roaming handheld which allows the viewing of an unlimited number of acquisition modules. By simply 'roaming' past the acquisition modules, the handheld will wake each device and display the data tag of the remote acquisition module on the LCD display. With user-friendly T24 toolkit software, the data tags can be set to allow identification of each acquisition device allowing the viewing experience to be tailored to each particular application.
The T24-HR is a display that is very simple to operate, with just two buttons; one to power the product on/off, the second to allow viewing of any detected devices that have been detected. The transmitter module with the highest signal strength and nearest to the handheld will initially be selected and displayed. The data tag of the transmitter module being read is displayed prior to the output reading, allowing identification of the data’s origin. Other transmitter modules can be displayed by scrolling.
The licence-free 2.4GHz radio signal provides a line-of-sight communication range of 800 metres (2,600 feet), extendable by the use of a repeater (T24-AR). The use of the latest DSSS radio technology minimises local radio interference and ensures data integrity and security.
The wide operating temperature range and the robust technology ensures that the T24-HR it is not susceptible to harsh physical or electrical environments.

The T24-HS handheld battery powered wireless display is used as the display in several of our wireless load cell products, including, TELSHACK-B wireless shackle load cell & RILL wireless link load cell.
