Operating Principles
When a start signal is input, the motor is activated and the measuring tape is winded off to lower the weight. Accordingly, pulses are transmitted at regular intervals. Once the weight touches the surface of the material in the tank, the motor stops and the measurement value on the level meter is output. Then, the motor winds up the measuring tape to return to the original position.
